We encourage team play stemming from the appreciation that each member of the team is uniquely gifted and that on their own there is little they can achieve but when we work together we get better both as individuals and as a team. As sports persons, we work under very competitive conditions where split-second decisions have to be made therefore we train ourselves to show respect for oneself, teammates, opponents, coaches, referees and officials.
