Msingi Soccer Academy program is designed to provide enhanced training to players ages 5 to 17 who are interested in playing at a high level of competition in the future. The program serves as a bridge between recreational and competitive soccer, with an emphasis on individual player development through improved technical skills and tactical development, building a foundation for future success. The goal is to enrich each player already developing love for and high interest in the game.<\/span><\/p>\n

We scout potential athletes in the age category of 6 to 12 years from underprivileged communities. Upon identification, we give them a scholarship until the age of 17 and the Academy takes full care of them while they reside at the Academy house.<\/span><\/p>\n

Educate;Whole life coaching.<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Spiritual development is at the core of our program. We purpose to develop the whole person as an Athlete.Other aspects in this player development program are Physical, Emotional, Intellectual, Social and Environmental.<\/span><\/p>\n

Impact;Our Community, My Story.<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We help our Athletes understand that we all are a part of a bigger community regardless of where we are and it is our stories that make up our community\u2019s narrative.\u00a0 Therefore it is our responsibility to take care of our community. Whatever happens to our community ultimately affects us.<\/span><\/p>\n

We follow the guidelines of the Uganda Youth Football Association (UYFA) and the Federation of Uganda Football Association (FUFA) to enhance the different aspects of player development. At this level, players are coached by professionally licensed coaches and volunteers. All players in the same age group practice together in a pool.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
